We are an online marketplace and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of BONART along with its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services and tools (the "Site"). Order Policy
- Order is possible for available items only.
- Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
- Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative.

Pricing Policy
- Pricing policy Price of a product might vary in BONART bricks and mortar store & website due to periodic promotional offers
- Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such a situation, BONART has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.
Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- Inside Dhaka delivery within 03 business days
- Outside Dhaka delivery within 03-07 business days
- Inside Dhaka delivery fee is 60 Taka
- Outside Dhaka Delivery fee is 150 Taka
Note: *If the weight increase, the charge will change accordingly.
- We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
After you receive the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes to let you check on the product. If you have any issue with the product, you can contact our Customer Services Department and return the product instantly. We don’t accept returns unless the product is defective.
Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
Color Inconsistency:
We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on website. However, still customers might experience color inaccuracy due to monitor discrepancies.
Information Inconsistency Disclaimers:
